(headquartered in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, Japan; CEO, Hitoshi Nakamura; hereinafter referred to as “Toreta”), a provider of reservation and guest book services targeting clients consisting mainly of food service outlet operators.

Toreta is a provider of reservation and guest book services targeting clients consisting mainly of food service outlet operators. Online reservation for service companies is a business category that will likely grow significantly in the coming years, and in this category Toreta is a player that has been growing at a rapid pace. We invested in Toreta for this reason as well as because its operations are compatible with the internet business domains of the NTT Group and the NTT DOCOMO Group, and also in anticipation of a cooperative relationship being built between NTT DOCOMO Ventures, Inc. and Toreta towards creating new value, going forward.
